NeuroBloom was born from frustration with therapy that felt too clinical, too generic, or disconnected from real life. We built something different: a collective where science meets soul. Our work combines evidence-based care like CBT, DBT, ADHD counseling, and trauma-informed therapy with a justice-informed, culturally rooted approach. We do not hand you worksheets and wave goodbye. We sit with you, honor your story, and walk alongside you toward real transformation.
-
That is exactly why NeuroBloom exists. Too many clients, especially BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent folks, have felt unseen or even pathologized. We believe belonging is not a luxury. It is the foundation of healing. From our language to our waiting rooms to our groups, NeuroBloom is designed to feel like a space where you are not just accepted but celebrated. You will never be asked to shrink yourself here.
-
Yes. You do not need to know the jargon or pick a modality before you come in. Together, we will figure out what fits. That could be DBT skills for grounding and emotional regulation, CBT for shifting anxious thoughts, ADHD counseling for focus and executive functioning, or trauma-informed care to help your nervous system find safety again. Therapy should feel like guidance, not guesswork.
-
Affordability is one of the biggest barriers to care. We accept major insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United and offer sliding scale options. We also provide superbills for out-of-network benefits and accept HSA or FSA cards for eligible services. Healing is a right, not a privilege.
-
People are suffering, and the systems meant to support them are not working. We live with collective dysregulation, burnout, overstimulation, inequities, and isolation. Too many people seek transformation and get surface-level fixes. NeuroBloom exists to change that story with accessible, affirming, practical therapy and an anchored sense of community. Here, you do not just heal. You belong, you grow, and you bloom.
