Meet Azzah Nasraddin, LCSW, MPH

Azzah (she/her) is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical director/founder of NeuroBloom Mental Health Collective. She specializes in supporting clients living with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and the long shadow of systems never built for their safety. Her practice is deeply rooted in justice, cultural humility, and the belief that personal healing creates collective transformation.

Therapy with Azzah is dynamic, warm, and genuinely real. She weaves evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care with a grounding, liberatory lens. Clients can expect sessions that balance clinical rigor with creativity, where they feel both deeply challenged and deeply seen.
Azzah offers daytime and evening sessions in both English and Sudanese Arabic, virtually for clients across Illinois.
