Danielle Tavasti, MSW, MSP, LMSW is an associate therapist who earned her dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Social Policy. She is deeply committed to creating therapeutic spaces where clients feel seen, regulated, and supported in their full complexity. Her clinical approach is culturally responsive, relational, and nervous-system informed, integrating evidence-based practices with somatic awareness to support meaningful change.

As an associate therapist, Danielle is also informed by her Black, Indigenous (Choctaw and Eastern Band Cherokee), and lesbian identities, which shape her holistic understanding of mental health as connected to history, community, identity, and the body.

Anahi Aragon, LSW

Anahi Aragon, LSW (she/her) is a first-generation Mexican American psychotherapist at NeuroBloom Mental Health Collective with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating complex emotional and life challenges. Her work focuses on anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity development, and major life transitions, with particular sensitivity to the cultural, familial, and systemic pressures many first-generation clients carry. Anahi approaches therapy as a collaborative process that honors both the emotional and embodied dimensions of healing.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and skills-focused, integrating evidence-based practices with culturally responsive care. As a Spanish-English bilingual clinician, Anahi is committed to creating therapy that is accessible and culturally meaningful. Clients working with her can expect a grounded, non-judgmental space focused on building practical tools, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting long-term resilience.

Azzah Nasraddin, LCSW, MPH

Azzah (she/her) is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical director/founder of NeuroBloom Mental Health Collective. She specializes in supporting clients living with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and the long shadow of systems never built for their safety. Her practice is deeply rooted in justice, cultural humility, and the belief that personal healing creates collective transformation.

Therapy with Azzah is dynamic, warm, and genuinely real. She weaves evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care with a grounding, liberatory lens. Clients can expect sessions that balance clinical rigor with creativity, where they feel both deeply challenged and deeply seen.
Azzah offers daytime and evening sessions in both English and Sudanese Arabic, virtually for clients across Illinois.
