Practice in Color II: Harvesting Community

What we share, we grow.

Join NeuroBloom Mental Health Collective and For Real Therapy for a fall gathering created for BIPOC therapists, healers, and mental health professionals to connect, collaborate, and strengthen our collective networks.

Together, we will create a shared community resource bank featuring trusted referrals, professional services, trainings, community organizations, wellness resources, consultation opportunities, and other tools that can support both our work and the people we serve.

Throughout the evening, we’ll reflect and connect through four community harvest questions:

  • What are you planting? What are you building, beginning, or hoping to grow?

  • What are you harvesting? What knowledge, resource, opportunity, or support can you offer?

  • What are you seeking? What connection, referral, resource, or support do you currently need?

  • What are you releasing? What professional burden, expectation, or habit are you ready to leave behind?

Come prepared to share what you know, name what you need, and contribute to a resource bank that everyone can use. The evening will include intentional networking, seasonal refreshments, resource sharing, and space to cultivate relationships that continue beyond the gathering.

Come for the connections. Leave with a community behind you.
